Hi everyone,

I need some technical guidance on this.

I have 1 Azure prod VM that is running my website. Its running IIS, SQL.

We need to clone this VM for testing code and updating our website framework(also to test).

What is the proper way to clone a VM in azure? How would I resolve the hostname issue? I imagine you can't have two computers with the same domain name because of DNS conflicts.

I'm also assuming that if I rename this VM to something like "Test" for …
