I understand you don't want to have .env files with secrets on production server and in git but exporting 5 vars manually in console on every app start is not practical either.

On bare Linux server you dont have nice ui like on Heroku that will take care that vars are loaded on every system start.

How do you manage this in nice consistent systematic way with CI/CD in mind, and in simpler scenario without CI/CD, is there a package meant for this?
