I'm trying to decide how to serve multiple clients for my app and ideally I would like to give each tenant their own server.

The thinking is it would allow clients to run their servers to exhaustion without affecting other tenants.

But that seems to open up a whole can of worms in terms of spinning up & managing multiple servers (virtual machines) & managing updates of my app across those servers, which then leads down the path of kubernetes and it all gets pretty complicated quickly.
