Hello all!

I am currently testing some different Azure technologies to look for when a service starts / stops inside of a Windows Server 2012 R2 / Server 2016 / Server 2019 VM and starts them. Some of the services are set to manual start due to software requirements (I know, that's dumb) and I was looking for some ways to leverage the Azure platform to do this.

I narrowed to 2 options: Azure Logic Apps and Azure Automation Watcher tasks.
