Getting to my wits end over a seemingly simple task. All I want to do is run tests on a G4 instance and can't get the 'ok' for the vCPU limit increase (currently at 0).

Has anyone else run into this? Is there some mysterious and undocumented answer as to why this happens and how to get the vCPU increase? I've already been in touch with support and sales for the past week and still can't spin up a single instance.
