Docker: An open source project to pack, ship and run any application as a lightweight container reddit.com

Hey /r/Docker,

I'm working on creating an uninstaller for Docker... How can I uninstall docker (Windows 10) without removing the user Images/Containers. I want to make sure that in the event the user still needs them, they can still access them if Docker is reloaded on their system.

This is the uninstall string for Docker CE that I found in the registry, does this remove the images/containers?

"C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\Docker for Windows Installer.exe" uninstall
